AMIA Personal Member Profile (Address Change Form)
AMIA Members are able to view and make changes to their personal AMIA Account. You must have your individual AMIA Member Number* to gain access to your profile. Each member has two sets of contact information. The Mailing Address is the contact information that AMIA uses for any correspondence with members including ground and electronic mail. The Directory Address is the information that is made accessible to the entire AMIA membership through the on-line searchable and printed in the annual AMIA Yearbook & Directory. You can also find a link to the on-line membership renewal form here.
Please note: Information for the printed version of the AMIA Directory is extracted from this system each year approximately the first week of March. Any changes made after this time will not be reflected in the printed version of the AMIA Yearbook and Directory.
