Association Travel Concepts (ATC) is the official travel agency for this meeting. ATC representatives are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 7:30 pm (EST). Discounts apply for travel April 1 through April 15.
Airline Discounts
10% (coach fares) to 15% (first-class fares) off the lowest available fare for tickets purchased more than 60 days prior to the meeting (United & Continental).
5% (coach fares) to 10% (first-class fares) off the lowest available fare for tickets purchased less than 60 days prior to the meeting (United & Continental).
ATC will search for the lowest available fare on ANY airline.

AMIA has reserved a block of rooms at discounted rates in the Seaport Hotel for the conference. The room rate for this meeting is $159 single/double and the rate deadline is Tuesday, March 17, 2005. Reservations received after March 17 or after AMIA’s room block has been filled are subject to availability and prevailing rates.
The Seaport Hotel is a deluxe, full service hotel, meeting and exhibition center located on the Boston harbor.
With expansive views of the Boston skyline and waterfront, the Seaport Hotel’s conference and meeting rooms span across 16,740 sq. ft. of the Seaport Hotel and 35,000 sq. ft. of the Seaport World Trade Center. The Seaport Hotel has the latest in technology features including free wireless Internet access in public areas. The hotel's Aura Restaurant & Bar is noted for its Best of Boston® gourmet cuisine where the chef’s cooks from his on-site herb garden and uses local ingredients. Convenient shuttle service to North and South stations, and to State Street, for access to trains and subways, and a short drive to Logan Airport. Within close proximity to major tourist attractions, shopping venues, arts and entertainment, and historical locations in Boston including the Children's Museum, Castle Island and the U.S.S. Directions and Transportation
Directions from Logan International Airport and Route 1A South
Follow the signs towards I-90 West - Ted Williams Tunnel. Take the Ted Williams Tunnel/I-90 West to Exit 25 “South Boston”. At the top of the ramp proceed straight onto B Street; at the end of B Street, take a right onto Seaport Blvd., the entrance to the garage will be on the right.
Directions from Western Massachusetts via Massachusetts Turnpike
Follow the Massachusetts Turnpike /Interstate 90 East (towards Logan Airport) to Exit 25 – South Boston (this is the first exit on the right in the tunnel). At the top of the ramp, bear left towards “Seaport Boulevard”. At the first set of lights proceed straight onto East Service Road. At the next set of lights, take a right onto Seaport Boulevard. The “Seaport Boulevard” entrance to the Seaport Garage will be ahead on the right.
Directions from Points South via I-93
Heading northbound on Interstate 93 towards Boston, take Exit 20, which will be immediately after Exit 18. Follow the signs towards “I-90 East”. Take the first exit to "South Boston". At the first set of lights at the top of the ramp, proceed straight onto East Service Road. At the next set of lights, take a right onto Seaport Boulevard. The “Seaport Boulevard” entrance to the Seaport Garage will be ahead on the right.
Directions from Points North via I-93
Heading southbound on Interstate 93 Boston, take Exit 23 (Purchase Street/South Station). Take the first left onto Congress Street. Take the next left onto Atlantic Avenue. Take the next right onto Seaport Boulevard and follow Seaport Boulevard for approximately .8 miles. The “Seaport Boulevard” entrance to the Seaport Garage will be on the right after the Seaport Boulevard/B Street intersection.
Directions from West via Storrow Drive
Take Storrow Drive East to Leverett Circle and follow signs for Interstate 93 South/Logan Airport. Once on Interstate 93 South, follow directions from “Points North”.
Directions from Public Transportation
Come to South Station on the red line of the MBTA and a complimentary shuttle bus will bring you to the World Trade Center Complex. The bus stop is half a block down from South Station on the corner of Summer Street and Dorchester Avenue. Continuous service is available Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Between the hours of 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM, the shuttle runs every 15 minutes. After 7:00 PM, the shuttles run every half-hour until 12:45 AM.
